Obligation to issue an electronic tax receipt in 2020

As of January 1st 2020, all personal or commercial businesses must issue an electronic tax receipt to their customers. To this end, such businesses must purchase a cash register that enables the transmission of all transactions to the Italian State Tax Service (Agenzia delle Entrate) or transmit their daily earnings through the Italian Tax Service Website (Fisco On-Line).
