Fiscal Deductions on Credit Losses

Dear Client,
We inform you that following the possibility of fiscally deducting budgeted credit losses (only for limited liability companies) it’s necessary to send out a registered certified letter with receipt, to the fined debtor, giving-up the credit. 
It’s possible to proceed with credits lower than 2.500.00 Euros, prescribed credits as well as for those credits whose recover costs are equal or superior to the write-down of the credit (loss).  Foreign credits are also included in this.
